MLB Betting Guide 2026: Milwaukee Brewers Player Props, Over/Unders, Trends, and More

The Milwaukee Brewers won 97 games last year, traded their ace, brought in a flame-throwing new one, and somehow still projected as the NL Central favorites. That is what happens when an organization builds the right way. Jackson Chourio enters his age-21 season as one of the most exciting players in baseball. The pitching lab keeps producing arms nobody expected. And FanGraphs has Milwaukee's playoff probability at nearly 70%, the highest of any NL Central team. For bettors, the Brewers offer a rich mix of win total value, elite individual props, and one market that is so mispriced it almost feels like a mistake.

Win Total and Season Outlook

Milwaukee sits at 86.5 wins, with both sides at -115. BetMGM recommends the over, noting the Brewers have more than earned the benefit of the doubt after their 97-win 2025 campaign. The core offense is fully intact. The rotation transitions from Freddy Peralta to Jacob Misiorowski at the top, supported by Brandon Woodruff, Kyle Harrison, and Logan Henderson.

On futures, the Brewers sit at +3000 for the World Series, +1500 for the NL pennant, and around +120 to win the NL Central. That division price is near even money and reflects just how far ahead of the field Milwaukee is in a division without genuine competition.

Jackson Chourio: RBI Over 84.5 (-125) and NL MVP (+700)

Let's start with the most obvious mispricing on the board.

Chourio drove in 157 runs last season. His RBI season prop is set at over 84.5 at -125. That is asking him to reach barely more than half of what he did last year. The market is applying heavy regression to a 21-year-old who just had a historic season. That regression may be partly right, but 84.5 is not a serious number for this player. BetMGM's Las Vegas preview specifically calls this out as the featured season bet on the Brewers, and it is not hard to see why.

Beyond the RBI prop:

  • NL MVP at +700 places him behind only Ohtani and Soto in NL consideration
  • ESPN's featured Milwaukee prop is Chourio at +130 to hit 40-plus home runs, after he already hit 42 last season
  • His postseason line of .341/.421/1.044 OPS with 4 HR and 11 RBI shows he performs when it matters most

At 21 years old, this is a player entering his prime, not declining from it.

Brice Turang: RBI Over 70 at +135

This is ESPN's featured prop recommendation for Milwaukee and the highest-upside season bet on the roster. Turang made significant swing adjustments in 2025 that produced top-15 hard-hit rates and top-45 barrel rates in the final two months of the season. His RBI prop is set at 70.5, and at +135 you are getting plus money on a player batting second through fourth in a lineup that features Chourio.

His total hits season prop sits at over 149.5 at -115 as well. Both are worth serious consideration given his improved batted ball profile and lineup position.

Jacob Misiorowski: Strikeout Props

Misiorowski is one of the most compelling pitching prop targets in the NL in 2026. In just 66 innings last season he posted 87 strikeouts, a rate of 11.9 per nine innings. Analysts at Yahoo Sports predict he surpasses 200 strikeouts this season if he makes 20-plus starts and maintains his current rate.

For daily props, the market is already betting his per-start strikeout over at 9.5. At an 11.9 K/9 career rate, that line is begging to be taken. His season-long strikeout total over, likely set in the 175 to 185 range, is one of the more appealing pitcher props in baseball for anyone who believes in his stuff.

Sal Frelick: Safest Daily Anchor on the Roster

Frelick carries the tightest hits line on the Milwaukee roster, with over 0.5 priced at -260. The market's extreme confidence in his contact ability makes him the single most reliable low-variance prop anchor on the team. As a leadoff hitter with excellent bat-to-ball skills, he is the safest building block in any Milwaukee same-game parlay. Use him as the foundation and build your higher-variance picks around him.

William Contreras: RBI Season Props

Contreras' RBI prop sits at over 78.5 at -115, a reasonable number for a catcher who drove in 80-plus runs in 2025. In a lineup featuring Chourio and Turang ahead of him, his run production environment is excellent. His daily hits props are reliable in home matchups at American Family Field, where his left-handed power plays favorably.

Andrew Vaughn: Home Run Props

Vaughn's HR season prop sits at over 19.5 at -115. That is a conservative number for a player who projects for 22 to 25 home runs in the heart of Milwaukee's lineup. The hit prop at over 129.5 is also worth considering, but the HR over is the cleaner of the two given how low the bar is set.

Betting Trends

A few things to keep in mind when betting Brewers games all season:

  • American Family Field: moderate home run park that benefits Chourio's left-handed power, lean toward overs in warm-weather home games
  • Misiorowski's early starts: expect more variance in April and May while he establishes his workload capacity, lean toward slightly higher totals until his efficiency in deep starts is confirmed
  • Rotation depth: losing Peralta creates more uncertainty at the back of the rotation, which inflates game totals in non-Misiorowski starts

Best Bets Summary

Chourio's RBI over 84.5 at -125 is the single most obvious value bet on this roster. A player who drove in 157 runs last season being asked to clear 85 is a market anomaly. Turang's RBI over 70 at +135 is the highest-upside season prop on the Brewers given his improved batted ball profile. And for daily construction, Frelick's hits over at -260 is the safest low-variance parlay anchor in any Milwaukee game.
